• Meld je aan via mail op workshops@ateliert.be. We bevestigen je inschrijving en nodigen je uit om te betalen. Is de cursus volzet? Dan nemen we je op in de wachtlijst.
• Je bent pas ingeschreven als je betaalt binnen de vooropgestelde termijn. Door je in te schrijven verklaar je je ook akkoord met onze annulatievoorwaarden. Zie hieronder.
• Voor twee- en driedaagse weekends betaal je het deelnamebedrag in één keer. Voor langere programma’s doe je eerst een aanbetaling van 50%. Je betaalt het saldo ten laatste één maand voor de start van de cursus.
• Na de ontvangst van je betaling bezorgen we je een bevestiging van inschrijving en betaling. Na de cursus ontvang je een factuur voor het volledige deelnamebedrag. Atelier t is een kleine onderneming en vrijgesteld van BTW.

How to register

• You register via e-mail: workshops@ateliert.be. We will confirm your registration and send you a payment invite. In case the course is full, we will put you on the waiting list.
• You are only enrolled if you pay within the proposed term. By registering, you also agree to our cancellation conditions. See below.
• For two- and three-day weekends, you pay the participation fee in one go. For longer programmes, you first make a down payment of 50%. You pay the balance at the latest one month before the start of the course.
• After receiving your payment, we will send you confirmation of registration and payment. After the course, you will receive an invoice for the full participation fee. Atelier t is a small enterprise and exempt from VAT.

Annuleren

• Kan je niet deelnemen? Laat ons dat zo snel mogelijk weten. Verwittig je niet? Dan kunnen we je inschrijvingsgeld niet terugbetalen.
• Annuleer je meer dan 14 dagen voor de start van de cursus? Dan betaal je 15% annulatiekosten.
• Annuleer je minder dan 14 dagen voor de start van de cursus? Dan kunnen we je inschrijvingsgeld niet terugbetalen. Kan je voor de start van de cursus een grondige reden van overmacht aantonen? Dan betaal je enkel 15% annulatiekosten.
• Annuleer je een dag vooraf of bij de start zelf? Dan kunnen we je niet terugbetalen.
• Kan je niet deelnemen? Dan mag natuurlijk altijd iemand anders in jouw plaats deelnemen. Laat dat wel altijd weten.
• Atelier t heeft het recht om een cursus te annuleren als er onvoldoende inschrijvingen zijn, als de lesgever door ziekte of overmacht niet beschikbaar is, of om andere redenen van overmacht. Annuleren wij zelf? Dan betalen we je volledige inschrijving terug.

Cancellation

• Can’t attend? Please let us know as soon as possible. In case you do not notify us, we cannot refund your registration fee.
• Do you cancel more than 14 days before the start of the course? Then you pay a 15% cancellation fee.
• Do you cancel less than 14 days before the start of the course? Then we cannot refund your registration fee. If you can demonstrate a thorough reason of force majeure before the start of the course, then you only pay the 15% cancellation fee.
• Do you cancel a day in advance or on the starting date of the course? Then we cannot refund you.
• Unable to participate? Then, of course, someone else can always participate in your place. Always let us know.
• Atelier t has the right to cancel a course if there are insufficient enrolments, if the teacher is unavailable due to illness or force majeure, or for other reasons of force majeure. Do we cancel the course ourselves? Then we will refund your full registration fee.
